I cannot thank Monica and Claudia at Pink Real Estate enough for all they have done for us.  They took us from a nightmare and put our feet on solid ground.   Due to job scarcity we had decided to just let the house go into foreclosure and relocate out of the area we had called home for nearly a decade.   Then my health failed right in the middle of our move due to all that stress and I needed surgery immediately. It had been just too hard of year; my husband had been laid off from his job, we filed bankruptcy, and then he had a motorcycle accident.    He was recovering well and going to school when my body fell apart.   Claudia called when she recognized my name on the foreclosure list.  When she heard my story she said “Mary, you need help! We will help you”.  The people at Pink Real Estate stalled the foreclosure which slowed down our move and gave me time to heal.  When Monica toured our home, she listened to our abandoned dreams of what we had hoped to make happen in remodeling our home.  It was hard but honestly, we were ready to move on.  Now they are fixing it up for another family, rather than letting it rot under bank “care”.   Our old home will have fresh look and feel for a new family.   What a great feeling to know it will be cared for and loved.  We are now very blessed and at peace living in a new area! Monica was able to help us out of a rough spot, in a pain free way.  We were going to be foreclosed on when she came in and bought the house.  The entire process was painless and easy.  My family and I owe Monica alot, she was our saving grace at our time of need.

Dear Veronica, and the rest of the Pink Real Estate Team,

It is with our deepest gratitude that Sharon and I write this letter to you today. We want the City of Colorado Springs to know how happy we are with the professional courtesy, honesty, and sincerity in which you conduct your business. First I will begin by telling our story.

On February 18, 2010 my family and I moved back from South Dakota, having previously leased out our home here in Colorado Springs, CO.  We came back home excited to be home again. As the current housing market here in Colorado was very gloom we had no intention of selling our beautiful home. While being home just one week later I, learned my mother had been put in the hospital, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She passed away on March 28, 2010 close to 40 days after we had been home. My family came to me and asked to help with the proceeds with her funeral. At the time I, had no job and was unemployed. Being of great faith, we juggled around some of our bills and did not make our April house payment to help out. However during the next few months I returned to work in April going to Kansas, for three short weeks. I work for a pipeline and spend a lot of time on the road without per-diem so my hotel expenses get pretty expensive. Well I was sent to Utah, during which time I had to use my normal income again to get from point A to B. We fell another house payment behind. During the months of May through September I continued to work and support the family making most of my house payments on time, still two payments behind. Well Labor Day rolled around and I decided to come back from Utah to visit the family. It was while I was on the plane home I got sick on 5 September 2010 and had to go to the hospital. I was diagnosed with Diabetes Type II. I was unable to return to work, so in September I could not make our house payment of $1911.00 because we had a 7.6 percent loan rate. Well we were three months behind in our payments so we were getting nervous as any other American is in today’s market.  Facing Foreclosure and no-where to turn my wife seen a Pink Real Estate sign on a bus stop chair. We called the number and met with Veronica Gurule; she sat down and explained how easy the process would be to sell our home in 90 days. Well to make a long story short and to thank everyone at Pink Real Estate  we sold our home today exactly one year after all our troubles started. Most of all we are truly blessed to have placed our faith and situation in your hands. Thank you truly from the bottom our hearts.
