Arely and I can’t express in words how greatful we are for your buying our home while under foreclosure, so all we will simply say is thank you. As you know, I am on disability and after just two years in the home, I could no longer go up the stairs to the bedroom. We could no longer afford the mortgage. All we could do is let the house go. We entered intoforeclosure. We had lots of offers to sell the home but you were the only one offering to buy the home and in addition get a $1000.00 check. I didn’t believe you until you knocked on the door and still decided to take the mortgage off my hands with nothing being owed on the house.
