I can’t stress enough how much it means the hard work and dedication you and your team placed on getting my house sold. It seemed to me like an impossible task. No one could believe that you were able to help me postpone the auction date almost three times and despite of the so many challenges with the bank, with the appraisals, with the documentation, with the market, with recession, you still pull it together. The most amazing part is that I did not have to do a thing (which seems unfair, though).

I know that doing these transactions is not easy to begin with. But when you take into account that the times we are living in make it even more difficult, it is quite an accomplishment to do a short sale. It takes a dedicated expert who works relentlessly to make it happen; that is what I see in you, Julie; and Charlotte and the rest of the team.

We just closed on our home on Sunnyhill Dr.  The overall experience was really great.  We appreciate the staff and all of their hard work making the entire short sale process virtually trouble free.  If at some point we decide to purchase another home we would gladly allow Pink Realty and their staff assist us in doing so.  Respectfully, Sarah Sullivan.

Hi I would like to say thanks to all your Pink Team, they are great people and hard workers who fight for the customers.  I worry that I have to foreclose my home before, but Pink Team helps our family to avoid foreclosure.  I will recommend all the people who are in trouble with their home, whatever the reason.  Give a simple call to the Pink, than you will list get help or advice from personal.  I call and my house avoid foreclosure and had closing on September 17, 2010.  I also got my $3,000 from HAFA Program and Pink Team also helps start to end to get approval from the bank.  Again I would like to say thank you for your hard work.

Monica and her team is one of the best people I have ever met.  I was scared not knowing what to expect and hearing about all the scams out there.  But Monica answered all my questions and her team made me feel at ease.  They kept me updated and continued to answer all and any of my questions.  They are a great team.
